Shipping
I aim to ship your order one day after your order has been placed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
I send everything by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For as standard. If you would like to upgrade to 1st Class or any other service, please contact me.
International Customs/Import Tax
All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Everything is posted in good faith using a tracked postage service and at the mercy of the postal services. Very occasionally parcels can take longer than anticipated. If this happens please let me know. If the parcel does not arrive after a reasonable amount of time then a refund or replacement will be offered. If the item does then arrive I would appreciate full payment minus postage costs.
Breakages/Damages
I pack up every creature with care and love. In the rare event of something arriving damaged please contact me as soon as possible.
Returns
If you change your mind after you have received your order, you are entitled to return the goods to me in the same condition you received them within two weeks. You will be responsible for the cost of postage if you wish to return anything. Please use trackable postage. Any breakages due to insufficient packaging or poor wrapping will be your responsibility.
